Occupy Exeter organised a tour of all the companies they allege of dodging tax, starting at Boots and then moving onto the Exeter branches of Topshop, HSBC bank, Vodophone, Barclays, Tesco and RBS Bank.
As part of GlobalNoise Occupy Exeter Red Coats organised a tour of all the companies they alledge of dodging tax, starting at Boots pharmacy, they then moved onto the Exeter branches of Topshop, HSBC bank, Vodophone, Barclays, Tesco and final culminated their march outside RBS Bank, on Southernhay Green where they had a general assembly.
Around twenty local activist took part in the action, which was timed to take place in many other locations around the World. So this day of global pot-banging is to mark last years raise of the Occupy movement and to demonstrate locally and globally that the movement is still alive, still taking action and is still highlighting alleged corporate wrong-doings
